All students who wish to graduate must fill out an application for graduation. This application will let the university know you want your records to be reviewed for graduation. This review is done by our graduation evaluator who works closely with our academic advisors.
April Graduation - November 15th
August Graduation - April 15th
December Graduation - September 15th
Pick up an Application for Graduation from our Advisement Center. Applications are to be turned in to the Cashier's Office (D-155 ASB) with a $15 application fee.
NOTE: Teaching majors must take their application to get stamped by the education advisement center (120 MCKB) before going to the cashier's office.
Applying to participate in graduation ceremonies is accomplished by submitting an Application for Graduation. However, students will sometimes prefer to participate in ceremonies other than the ceremonies associated with their particular graduation date (ex: you will graduate in August but prefer to participate in April graduation ceremonies) or in another college (ex: you are in the college of Humanities but prefer to walk with your spouse who is in our college). Students in these situations are welcome to participate in our convocation exercises. We will begin accepting Requests to Walk in the Family, Home, and Social Sciences convocation exercises beginning in January.
If you want to walk in convocation exercises in another college, contact that college's advisement center to make arrangements.
If you need to change your graduation date, you will need to fill out a Graduation Application Addendum and turn it in to our center. There is no fee associated with this addendum.
